Where it sits

  2. Aptila Logistics

Held directly by Aptila Holding. Contracts with Afristok at arm's length.

What it does

Aptila Logistics is the Group's freight and haulage business, serving Group companies and external clients.

What it is to the Group

It is held directly by Aptila Holding, outside the investment portfolio that holds Boocom and Afristok. That is deliberate: when Afristok books a haulage job, it is contracting with a company in a different branch of the Group, not with its own subsidiary.

Serving outside clients as well as the Group is a commercial choice. It is also what lets the Group benchmark what Afristok pays against something real.
